7DayPlate ([company legal name], [address]) provides meal plans, recipes and shopping lists built around a calorie target you calculate from your answers.

2. Not medical advice

7DayPlate is a recommendation tool. Its main purpose is to make everyday cooking easier and to give you ideas for dishes. It is not medical advice or treatment, and it may not solve a health problem. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have or suspect an eating disorder, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat.

3. Subscriptions

You start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial the plan you chose is charged: Weekly at $7.99 per week, or Annual at $59.99 per year. Prices may change with notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

Annual membership renews each year unless you untick "Automatically renew my membership when it ends" at checkout or in your account. If you untick it, the first year is still charged and the membership then ends.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Content

Calories, nutrients and prices are estimates. Dish photos may be AI-generated. Meal plans are for your personal use.
